If you have to get rid of something, no matter trade in value, this is the place. If you need to buy something and no other option remains, this is the place. I would never go here again after the multiple negative experiences I have had. Management is little help. Jason is extremely rude and condescending. The associates are nice but unfortunately you are only as strong as your management. Corporate doesn't exist. No one answers the phone, but it's a books-a-million company so what should we expect? They charge top dollar for all items so be prepared. Actually go to Save Point or Retro Reboot instead, they actually care about your business. This is not an rant, this is my honest experience after spending around $300 in this store and Filling out tons of "surveys" that they tell you to take. Take your money elsewhere and you will appreciate the purchase more and you will save money. They have lost my business an all my friends business as well. I support companies that care about their customers, 2nd & Charles is not on that list. They have good stuff to buy, but your money is never well spent, I'd rather support the monster called eBay than go back to this store.
