I had a mani/pedi at My Nail Spa about a month ago....and my nails are still recovering. I went in and my pedi was great. Then...My nail tech put some "cuticle stuff" on my nails while my toes where still drying. I noticed my nails felt tingly. I asked her if that was normal, and she said it was. About one minute later I told her to take this stuff off because it was burning. She started to take the "cuticle stuff" off, and she needed cuticle nippers because it hardned and turned yellow. I was so scared because this had NEVER happened to me before. She tried to give me a mani, and I asked her just to leave them alone because I didn't know what happened. When it came time to pay they charged me for both services. I should have paid for the pedi, of course. I didn't think that was right to pay for my mani because my nails where yellow, and sore. My nail tech went to the manager and she came over and said "I came in with yellow nails", and that I was "CRAZY" . I work in customer service and I would NEVER EVER speak to a client like that. I ended up paying, but I did take pictures....that's how bad it was. All I have to say is please don't go there, unless you want bad customer service and your nails ruined.
