Pros: great price, decent clean with enough machines for a beginner. Showers and lockers provided. No judgement very chill environment. Convenient location lots of parking at Centrepoint Mall Cons: no drinking fountain, classes or personal trainer. Quite busy after work hours. Located right beside no frills in centrepoint mall. Membership fee of the basic membership fee is $4.99 every two weeks with a one time $44 one time joining fee. You can get "black card" membership which is $9.99 which gives you access to all location, half price drinks, free to use facilities like massage chairs tanning bed etc. It is a basically like a condo gym but few times bigger in size with lockers and shower but no classs or personal trainers. There is a No judgement environment which you will see lots of fitness newbies around you. You enter the gym like walking into the subway scanning your pass and walk through a revolving gate. The machines are mostly well maintained and clean. It can get quite busy between 5-9pm so I find it frustrating sometimes to come here and it's a bit too crowded. But other than that it is a decent budget gym. You get what you pay for.
