My first time going to ADoC was also my first dental visit in 8+ years. I was extremely nervous due to hearing all the dental horror stories. ADoC took great care of me and made me feel completely comfortable. They informed me on everything they were doing and focused on the overall health of my teeth. My second visit entailed getting some fillings. Dr. Bowman was so concerned about my comfort that he continually made sure I was pain free during the drilling. I had such a pleasant experience with him. He even posed for some awesome action shot selfies with me. You would think his work stopped once I stepped out the door but no! Dr. Bowman personally called me the first and second day after my fillings to check on my recovery and how everything was feeling. What great customer service! You would maybe expect one of the staff members to call but the actual dentist himself calling was very impressive. I will be taking all my business to this office for good now! If you don't have dental insurance or you just so happen to be on groupon looking for a dentist, I hope you have the same experience I had with Advanced Dentistry of Charlotte with Dr. Bowman!
