They are very inconsistent with how the employees do nails. First time I came here, the guy buffed the cuticles off my nails which left the strangest looking dents when my nails grew. A couple weeks later, a different worker buffed off my old nail polish instead of using nail polish remover. Not only that, he was filing my nails side-to-side instead of in one direction and ended up breaking off a nail tip. It's been over three months, and I haven't gone back because my nails have become incredibly brittle from all the unnecessary buffing that thinned out my nails and the chemicals in their products. If you only want your nails painted, do not come here because they will destroy your natural nails.
