Terrible customer service. If you need to make a serious/large scale purchase but need assistance don't come here.. The employee who was completing my purchase ignored me and dealt with someone else even though i was waiting for so long and ended up waiting longer while another customer completed his purchase.. Literally in the middle of entering my transaction another customer swooped in and was dealt with immediately and I sat there thinking if it was a joke...
No apologies from the customer.. I politely complained to the employee that what he did was unprofessional and bad customer service.. Why did the other customer who came after me get priority when I had been waiting for an hour?? He stated he found nothing wrong with his service and blamed me for being busy on my phone!! Won't be coming back here again. Giving him one star for price matching for me otherwise I would give this a no-star.
