All is can say is bad. Have called three times and spoken with three different persons over the last four weeks just to obtain an appointment. Give my insurance information etc., and each person successively apologizes for the previous person, asks me if I want to hang on the phone to wait for approval, I state, 'no please call me back', the call never comes. What's worse is my doctor referred me to them and my doctor is very good. Needless to say I am now in the lookout for another agency. Hopefully their staff does not reflect the abilities of the Doctors doing their work, this could be devastating for someone.
