I've only been to this location twice and had mixed experiences... Going through the drive-thru was great! Hardly any wait and friendly staff (regardless of the late hour).. However, my experience stopping in wasn't as pleasant. I decided to try out a new tea that I had read splendid reviews on.. When I went to order, I specifically asked to have it shaken because online it said often the baristas won't shake it (even though they are supposed to) unless you ask... So I figured id rather be safe than sorry.. However, the barista started laughing like nobody's business and rudely barked that it comes shaken. He proceeded to attempt to be funny by throwing my drink up in the air to give it to me, asking if that was shaken enough for me. I was rather intimidated by the experience and am planning to drive the extra few minutes to go to the other Starbucks in stow next time.
