After 2 failed attempts to get my Audi repaired at a general mechanic, I finally wised up and brought my car here. Wolf answered the phone and was honest about the possibility of not being able to fix my car today (if I dropped off later than 3:30 and depending on the repair). When I got to the shop, I was greeted by his wife and they looked at my car within 20 minutes. Wolf came out and chatted with me....he actually listened to me (I told him what other shop told me/recommended). When they looked at it, it turns out that the other shop was VERY WRONG in their diagnosis and it was what I had originally told the previous shop....sounds like bad PCV Valve. Wolf came back in in less than 5 minutes and said, it's not a belt-it's your PCV valve. They were able to fix and didn't drain my bank account. Wolf gave me tips on how to take care of my car (1st time Audi owner) and how to deal with the heat in Vegas. He also spoke with other customers and explained in detail and honestly about their cars and the issues they were having. I love this man....he exudes passion and honesty. I will never take my car anywhere else anymore!! I will pay this man whatever he wants..... He has earned a customer for life!
