The Copy and Print Centre in this location is always understaffed while crowded with customers. And I mean ALWAYS understaffed. I've been coming to this location for more than 10 years now because I live in the area, and very rarely are there staff available to help you right away, at any given time of the day. People are all lined up to get help and the staff are always busy with previous customers' orders, most of which take up a long time, which means longer wait times. I feel really bad for any staff who works at the Copy and Print Centre at this location, as they must get complaints all the time and this isn't anything within their control. If you have some urgent documents to print, I recommend going somewhere else as wait times here is anytime between 10 minutes to 30 minutes.
