Today I arrived at the MGM hotel in Vegas and have to say that Rachel was amazing! We went to check in and she helped us our with all of questions and got us a suite deal and make sure all the rooms were close and on the same floor! Definitely a 5 star experience, hire more staff members with her customer service mentality! She's phenomenal!
