I kept coming in after 2 pm and they couldn't take my iPhone 7 and fix it the same day. I have 4 kids at home and getting everything done and to a repair shop in the morning is next to impossible. So on my third try, I walked in at 2:30 and was told they couldn't fit me in today. I explained my situation to Bennie and he went out of his way and fit me into his busy day. Not only did he fit me in and repaired it in a couple hours, he remembered who I was and our previous conversation. In a world where customer service is all but gone, this place lives up to it's reputation of taking good care of the customer. Very refreshing.
