This is not the location I went to, I went to the one on Aliante Pkwy. I kept my phone until it was paid off ($4.00 left) and I was charged a $20 upgrade fee. And when I asked about not being charged the fee, I was told..if I had a balance on the phone there would be no fee. What type of logic is that? Only reason for stars is the gal (I think her name was Anna) was patient and very nice. She did an awesome job at trying to up sell me on accessories.
Btw, if a long time customer wants to upgrade, don't charge them. If they are continually upgrading. Charge them.
