I will give a four star rating for the items that I frequently order. I usually get the custom round birthday cakes, I have tried almost all of them in terms of the flavors they offer, and rest assure they are the best uptown and downtown, the napoleon pastry is super delicious, this place has been in business so long, yes the customer service is hit and miss, but they are so busy I don't think they care about customer service.
