Lived here for about a year. Can't really say I have any major complaints thus far. They do a lot of communication through text and at one point seemed a little unorganized but they got it together. Any maintenance issues have been resolved in timely matters. I never once didn't feel safe in the complex. We did have these teenagers during the summer try to kick our patio door down but were met by security eventually and definitely had their cover blown (amateurs). Your typical next door neighbors (like any complex) will always complain or have issues (especially the long term residents) but you get past all that. NO BUGS!!! I repeat.....NO BUGS! Not a single roach or spider. I don't question it, I just appreciate it. Reason enough to stay here really. Thanks GPV.
