Maintenance is a joke, good luck getting anything fixed in a timely manner. But if you don't pay your rent I'm sure they will get to that immediately.
When we toured here they showed us a Sauna, but it's been down for about 4-5 months. It was a selling point for me and they can't offer any time line for repair or compensation. Pretty frustrating when they give you the run around.
The garbage valet service is an extra $25 tacked on, so plan for that. It's also pretty crappy, they only come four days a week and not on weekends when you'd probably have more trash. There's no way out of that contract. The service is not worth $25 and the stupid trash can you have to use is small, ugly and annoying.
Stay away from this place, also expect your rent to go up quite a bit at the end of your contract.
