On mornings when I am running late or don't feel like getting out of my car, the drive thru convenience comes in handy. They have more syrup options than Starbucks, which is a plus. I used to think their prices were better than Starbucks, however I'm not sure anymore. I ordered their tallest size and it came to $6.00, but in my opinion, the cup looks smaller than the Venti offered at Starbucks. Plus at Kona, tipping is the decent thing to do, so it's a tad more costly doing business at Kona.
The staff is fast and friendly and usually able to come up with custom drinks for me when I ask.
