The customer service rep at the business is seriously unhinged and ridiculous.. Worst customer service and flakey tech guy... Basically, it was my worst overall experience ever with a repair company. We purchased a very expensive LG refrigerator and the compressor went out after 18 mths ... You'd think that LG would align with a company that has better techs and reps, but no! They're a joke. After going back and forth with the rep they played the victim and told us that they refuse to come over and complete the task; I'm leaving bad reviews here, with The BBB and LG is going to hear the story by reading a text document containing the complete and total exchange between the clownish rep and my wife (my wife has a slight hearing problem and uses a sprint assisted program to make calls, hence the text document). Read all of the reviews on Buy-Rite, they're all bad (well, excepting the fake one from a "friendly source").
