I had been dealing with them for about a year. I always brought my football jerseys there for cleaning and they always came back fine. 3 weeks ago I brought in my bed comforter. It is black with grey. My husband dropped it off on a Wednesday and was told it would be ready the following week. We went in a week later to pick it up we brought it home and opened the bag only to find the thing filthy, it was full of white streaks. We brought it back the next morning and they agreed to re clean it and said it would be ready in five days. we again went back five days later and it wasnt there. We were told it hadn't come back yet and would be back the next day. We went back every day for another week each time it wasnt back yet. Finally after three weeks of back and fourth and re cleaning we got it back and it was still not fully clean. We wound up taking it to another cleaner who got the job done right in two days.
So my advice is not not use this cleaner, they are disorganized, and dont provide the services your paying for.
