Stay far away from this property, horrible customer service! I called this morning for 3 hours with no answer because I was charged a late payment for a payment made earlier. Not a big deal about the payment, I understand computers have issues.
The problem arose when I showed up and the girl at the front was chatting away on the phone with her friend I assume. Going on about what she's doing after work, etc. Then told her friend "well girl, someone just walked in, I'll call you back". I told her I had been trying to call and she just replied "well as you can see when you walked in, I've been busy". No apology, just acted like I was bothering her.
