I have recently had service done on my vw gti.  I had turned it in and was told it would probably be ready in 2 weeks. Well the text message alerts were very annoying I would recieve them everyday at that 2 week mark and after saying my car would be ready for pick-up that day and then it wouldn't be, so I was very annoyed by that. Then when I did receive my car back weeks later (which I understand sometimes parts are hard to get) I realize several things are not fixed, including the main gti emblem on the front but was already going to have to take my car back for the clear protector so I wasn't going to bother doing the survey yet in which everyday I received a text to do that.  The reasons for my frustration didn't help that the day I turned my car in a lady was dropping her car off because it was not fixed, so I definitely was upset about that and viewed I should have known that was a red flag.  I filled out the survey with my honest opinion at the time which Danny almost immediately called and asked me why I filled it out like this(which was very unprofessional and almost felt harassed) and told him I'm mad I keep getting these texts and that I keep finding things wrong with my car. He asked if I would send an email to make it better as it would effect him with his promotions and things like that. I told him if he got my car done in time while I'm out of town and I find nothing else wrong with it I would.  I felt almost guilt tripped. As being in the military if we mess something up and or break something we are held accountable and I feel that should be the same anywhere else as well.   All in all it was fixed the second time thankfully, but I would never go back here again. Annoying, unprofessional, poor attention to detail, and poor time management is all I have to say about them.
