If you go to Vegas, you simply have to at least once go to the top of the Stratosphere tower. The rides are "OK". Haven't done the "jump", so can't give opinion there. There's a bar on the main level, so you could take a date there, share a drink, consume the view. Inside and outside viewing, plenty of bench seating, don't forget your camera.
