This was my second time coming to this particular European Wax Center and it will probably be my last. To start I made my appointment at 9am. I walk into the building at 8:30 and was immediately shooed out. I wait outside and at 8:50 I go back in to find out that the waxer I had an appointment with could not make the scheduled appointment and as a result they rescheduled my appointment to 4:30 with no prior notice. A phone call in this situation would have been much appreciated or even notifying me of the absent waxer when I first walked in would have been the professional thing to do. So now with my new appointment time I leave and come back. The receptionist then apologized to me for earlier and told me she would have management contact me in a few days and compensate for the miscommunication. 10 days later I am still waiting to receive some contact from management.
