So-called "America's Friendliest Airport", needs a name change. We arrived a security check, but could not find the TSA Precheck so we stood in the regular long line where we encountered Gestapo Jane screaming at the passengers, "Remove your shoes!! Pull out your laptop!! Remove all liquids and place in a zip bag!! What's wrong with you people?? Don't you read the instructions before you come to the airport??!!" I decided to speak up, "Ma'am, we DID follow the instructions. It says TSA Precheck leave on your shoes, leave liquids in your bags, leave laptops in your bags" Her response, " That's only for TSA Precheck!!! " "Exuse me, Ma'am, but we ARE TSA Precheck." Her response? " Well that's just too bad!! TSA Precheck is closed!!! What's wrong with you people?? Don't you read the instructions before you come to the airport? " The I began to think she was robo. She made no sense but screamed at us at the top of her lungs. Go figure. As we walked away, everyone was laughing and making jokes about her rude and bizarre behavior. From there we went to the air terminal store to pick up some items. The sign said it opened at 5. It was 5:10 and they were not open but people we lined up. A women opened the door to tell us the were "Opening late". All right then. Way to go Sky Harbor.
