I've been bring my Trek bike here for years for "tune ups" and repairs. I've always had good service and quick turnaround times. My latest visit, the tech had time to diagnose my problem and inspect the bike prior to my leaving. That means I know exactly what work needs to be done! The cost will be under $40 so I'm very happy. I've never felt I was over charged or had work done that wasn't needed.
One aspect about the culture here that I really appreciate is that they don't come off as bike snobs. I can say/ask anything without fear that they'll roll their eyes and say OMG. (Maybe they do that later at happy hour lol)
