We went to a local tile store that had poor customer service, so we left and drove to Henderson to Floor & Décor. When we walked in we were greeted by Brenda, she assisted us and showed us where we needed to go to look for tiles. Then we had a question, Tony was right there to answer our questions. We learned about tiles, what the PEI meant, the difference between pressed and rectified tile. Tony was very knowledgeable. He was very patient and explained everything to us. Then when we went to check out, Robert was very helpful, he also researched a tile we were interested in that was out of stock. They have excellent customer service and excellent prices!
