I actually bought 2 vouchers from dealfind a year ago, and the fine print on the voucher read it had no expiry date, but when i called to take an appointment a year later.. the owner, Danny, replied with "another dealfind?!", in a bewildered tone.. when I mentioned there was no expiry date on the voucher, he said that that was a mistake on dealfind's behalf and i should call and get my money back.. I felt cheated, but either way, i decided to use the value that was on it and get a pedicure for my mom and I
the place is very well put together, i actually liked how organized and professional-looking it was..So overall, I was impressed with the place..
but the service was not worth the money; my pedicure was done by a BOY, he did not pay attention to my nails, he would file and look the other way while chatting up the other workers, I was expecting a full exfoliation and extensive buffing of my toenails because they form striations. I got a job half-done; if I am to pay money, I expect your full attention on whatever I paid for
And apparently I got a shellac manicure and I was not told the manicure I picked out was shellac so I had to pay more than what I came in expecting to pay going in.
Danny comes off as rude, I saw him juggling 4 customers at once.
Personally, I don't think that's how a successful business is run. You focus on ONE customer at a time and give them your full attention.
I didn't like the attitude of the workers, nor their work ethic, or their work.
I wont be going back.
