Friendly, efficiently, professional service! It was a pleasure dealing with them from the time I made the appointment to the tech showing up at my front (or in this case: garage) door! Ryan B. was the technician 'lucky' to work on the weekend...but he was such a pleasure to meet. Worked on getting me the best deal for the work I needed to have done, and it beat the other quotes I was given elsewhere (where the approach was much more similar to that of the sleazy 'used car salesman' type). They definitely impress that you get the top items for your service, but then negotiate on cost so that it can fit into your budget (within reason of course). I paid $80 last week with another company to do a basic tune up (just lubrication of the tracks and gears), but Ryan gave me a bottle of Heavy duty 400 Lubricant and Rust preventative along with a show-&-tell walk through of how to apply it, so now I can do the tune up myself 2x/yr. Love these guys! It's a national company, non-franchised..and standards are obviously important! They definitely have their service delivery 'down'. Will update after I check on how the door works after!
