Cam's made a good first impression, with a cheerful greeting and a number of small repairs done free of charge. Subsequent visits didn't go as well. Virtually every repair over the next couple of years came with an unexpected downside. Parts not reinstalled. Wiring left disconnected. A dent in the hood. A punctured dashboard. A cross-threaded bolt. And the interior usually a greasy mess. When I went in for an estimate to fix a fuel leak, Cam's suggested it would be between two and three thousand dollars. I said, "No, thanks," and stopped at my neighbourhood garage on the way home. Fixed for $115. I also recently had my new garage remove some rusty, rattling parts that I had already paid Cam's to remove. Won't be going back to Cam's.
