Dined-in with my wife and 3 children this past weekend. This was our 2nd time dining here. There wasn't much of a wait and we were sat promptly. There were only 2 waitresses, one of which was either very new and hasn't worked in the hospitality industry very long or just really needs to up her service. The other waitress was great and had waited on us before, but unfortunately for her she was having to do most of the work since the other one wasn't pulling her weight. My wife and children received received their BBQ sandwiches and hot dog pretty quickly, but I had ordered the 1/3 rack of ribs and 2 sides and never received my meal. 10-15 mins after my family was done eating the waitress comes over and says the delay is due to the ribs needing to cook and takes longer. I was so fed up at that point (and hungry!) that I just asked that my meal be placed to-go at that point. So the waitress goes back to the kitchen window, has a few words with the cook and then comes back and asks me if I'd like my ribs hot or cold?! At that point, I was over Bill Spoon's and there lack of service and I promptly canceled my order, paid for my wife's and children's meals and left empty handed and still hungry. Needless to say we will not be returning to dine here anytime soon.
