My first appointment was good. Timely, staff was friendly and I left with SOME answers. Though I felt like not every point was hit (I came in with massive amounts of white puss lining my tonsils). I was sent for a blood test and they sent a culture out. Everything came back negative so I ended up no answers. When I came back for my pre-scheduled follow up... Dr Basset had an emergency surgery to perform since he apparently is always "on call". NO ONE was informed of this ahead of time. It was by word of mouth that the full waiting room slowly found out. At least 7 appointments all sitting and waiting. They already took our money and did not tell us that the doctor was not even currently seeing patients. Absolutely ridiculous. It's one thing to be behind because of an emergency, but at least tell patients as we are checking in to let us know... I will not be coming back knowing that my entire day at be scheduled around an appointment that should only take 15 minutes.
