They have horrible customer service skills. I have been waiting on my results for days, nobody has called to update me once. I called this morning to ask bout results, Mary was completely rude and unhelpful and talked me to like I was a toddler. She then transferred me to an MA who flat out lied about when they had recived my results. Mary had said it was on Friday, this new woman said it was this morning. She stuttered out some bullshit response when I called her out on it. Once these results are in, I will absolutely never return. I have had nothing but issues since going there originally.
