I go there all the time and that place is a sad state of affairs.
From things being broken or out of stock, some genius decided to put a Starbucks at the entrance blocking people's ability to actually enter the grocery store, awful 'feces' type smells near the berry display and other coolers, staff out front 'having a smoke' all the time, staff stocking shelves at the busiest times of the day or just totally blocking aisles and people's ability to shop there. If I didn't live minutes away I'd go elsewhere. I call it the 'shitty Loblaws' and the Lakeshore one is the 'good Loblaws'.
