Albert is amazing!!
I was looking for a professional carpet cleaning service to help with my awful stains made by my dogs and small child. I saw the great reviews left for Albert and his services, so I figured why not try it. I had left him a message, and he responded very quickly. I had informed him that I was looking for a quote on carpet cleaning and I had taken measurements on the areas that need cleaning. He responded that he could just come by for a quick inspection himself the next morning at 8:30. Not only was he at my house on time the next day, he was there a little earlier and ready to inspect BY 8:30. I liked that. He told me in detail what needed to be done and how much it would be. The prices are VERY reasonable! Much cheaper than buying a shampooer and doing it by myself. I was impressed with the inspection and the quote I decided to use his services and scheduled a day (which was my next day off at a 9 a.m.)
Again, not only did Albert show up at 9 a.m., he showed up a little earlier and was ready with his equipment and his assistant, cleaning my carpets by 9 a.m! Score!!
He cleaned the whole upstairs (hallways, my master bedroom, and my dirty stairs) and he was done in an hour and a half! I could tell they were really deep cleaning my carpets and were very efficent! When they were done, I was beyond impressed and grateful! My floors had never looked so clean!! The house smelled so good because of the shampooing. I am so happy with his services!
I highly recommended Albert along with the others that praised him. He's very professional, punctual, immaculate with his cleaning, and was very nice towards my son and loud dogs. Thanks again Albert!
