A couple of weeks ago, I got a flat tire while I was at my friend Shannons house. I took my car to Big-O Tires on Germann Rd in Chandler to replace all 4 tires. Although I typically don't get oil changes while I'm there, I was getting close enough on mileage to have them do one that day.
This weekend Shannon saw an oil leak coming from my car... decided not to go back to Big-O and took my car to Greulichs on Alma School in Mesa. Dropped off my car and they said they'd callback when diagnosed. Turns out that oil filter and some other part was LOOSE... from the oil change!
Not only did the Greulichs folks tighten everything up, they didn't charge me anything! I've been going there for many years, at least 10+... and now I remember why... it's so hard to find reliable auto service u can trust, and it was a slap of reality that when I go somewhere else they make simple mistakes (that could have caused a lot more damage if we wouldn't have caught it for a while)!
Thank u to David from Greulichs... I will never go anywhere else! (And BTW they sell TIRES too, which I didn't know and would have been better)! They don't lie and are reasonably priced!
