I bought the $65 for $125 Yelp deal for Crossfit Full Strength back in September and have been a member ever since! The coaches at Crossfit Full Strength are friendly, knowledgeable, and really supportive. You can tell that they care about their members and want to see everyone progress. If you have questions about form, technique, how to scale a workout to your level, how much weight you should start with, etc. they'll have an answer. If you are worried you won't be able to do one of the workouts, don't be - there are always scalable options and ways to work your way up! (But don't think scaling means it will make it easy...your guaranteed to always get your ass kicked). The other great thing about Crossfit Full Strength is that the other members are welcoming and encouraging as well. It's not uncommon to hear members offering each other an encouraging, "good job" as they pass each other during a run or finish up a tough work out. I highly recommend Crossfit Full Strength to anyone who is interested in trying Crossfit for the first time or anyone looking for a great CrossFit gym, in general. All the coaches are awesome, but I'd have to give a special shout out to Emily, Paul, and Gayle for coaching us early risers at 5:15am each morning! Thanks guys :)
