Phillips Seafood is part of the new food court that is now in the Caesars Palace Colosseum. The food court has a great mix of eateries for their patrons to choose from. There's Phillips, Smashburger, a Mexican joint, a ramen & sushi place and an ice cream shop.
I love the lobster roll here at Phillips Seafood. I have never seen an establishment put so much lobster meat into a roll. The lobster flesh was plentiful, fresh and absolutely delicious. The waffle fries were crispy and savory too. I will not hesitate to patronize this place again when I am back at Caesars.
