Yesterday was my first time going to a Chryopractor EVER - im not really a touchy feely person so I have just been in pain for about a year and a half.
Dr Roach was AWESOME - he sat with me and made me feel like he didnt have anything else to do but take care of me, which was awesome! I got super nervous it being my first time so he went over everything again and got out a display spine and went over EVERYTHING.
Ive always had people tell me to go to a chryopractor but i never really thought it was a big deal - I didnt think that it would really help. Even after one adjustment i know that I was wrong and next time i visit Dr Roach I will be singing up for the monthy plan.
