I went through the process of installing and setting up a yelp to do this... I have to speak out about this because I'm completely done with subpar service being the standard to which this town is based on. Windy City Barber Shop is nothing but a few krochety old men who make up the bs as it suits them... they change their hours of operation as it suits them ...they take walkins.. they don't take walkins ... they're rude! they talk about their patrons as soon as they leave, they argue about what can be done on a person's hair (as if it's their first time getting a haircut ) they give bad cuts to those who say just how they like their hair cut done.. they even bitch about each other. the last draw (since good barbers,are like good mechanics , are like good people in this town) far and few in between, we
called to ask how much to clean up the neck and barely there beard of a teenager. .. the response.. 20 dollars! in the typically rude tone given by the owner.. and they wonder why they're always slow. ... to those Below who have given a positive feedback. . I don't know whether to feel sorry that you don't know what good customer service is , or think that you must be oblivious to the obvious. .. this place is terrible! there should be some accountability! 1 Star.. only because I had to in order to post this...
