Management here is terrible, their front office was broken into twice within a two week period and the second time a bunch of apartment keys were stolen. No notices have been sent to residents nor have they made any changes to improve security. Their laundry room is always a disgusting mess and only half of the washing machines work. The pool is cloudy and looks like every kid in Tempe has pee'd in it. Their front gate has been broke for years yet they still claim they are working on fixing it. Oh and not to mention ROACHES! And on top of all, their management is terribly rude. After one year here...i don't care what i takes...I'M MOVING!!!!!!!!!!
