Took my car here for a much needed hand wash and decided to get "The Works." It was my first time here so I didn't exactly know where to go or who to speak with. When I pulled my car up to the check-in area, no workers acknowledged my interest in a car wash until i physically got out of my vehicle and walked towards one. Once the guy started helping me, he was polite and recommended that I detail my car for $120. I declined the detail and proceeded with just "the works" hand wash. The interior of my car was vacuumed well, but some dust was still on the dashboard and there was a complete lack of air freshener scent that was supposedly included in the hand wash. As far as the exterior of my car, it was overall clean and very shiny but lacked attention to some areas such as my grille, rims, and front bumper. If small details are not important and you're looking for a descent hand wash that allows the car to look clean overall then this is a good place for you.
