Not only did the paint job look terrible, with many sides of the door casings left unpainted, but there were streaks, drips and only one coat of paint was applied. Even after I complained, the owner Keith had his worker stay late to paint but when he was done it still looked awful. There was also paint all over my walls. Several areas were not caulked and the casing installed on my large arched entry window above my door looked terrible. They ruined a $150 Behr 5 gallon bucket of paint by leaving it directly under the hot sun in 115 degree heat with the top lid ajar. They took my leftover casings away (at least $200 worth of materials) after I explicitly asked them to leave anything leftover. The worker told me there was nothing left but that evening after installation, I reviewed my surveillance footage and clearly saw them take all of my materials. When I notified the owner, they returned everything. Keith never apologized, never acted like he cared and always interrupted so I could not get a word in edgewise without having to yell and scream because he made me do mad. The workers also cracked a $500 Pier 1 Imports 3 panel beveled mirror I had in my closet.
