I had the unfortunate need to bring my business to this company. My wife broke the glass on her Samsung Galaxy Note 4. A friend who owns a cell phone store recommended uBreakiFix and I also read several positive reviews on yelp. After comparing the reviews to other phone repair companies I brought my business here. The check in process was painless, with everything related to the repair explained in detail. At check in, we were told up to that point they had performed approximately 15 glass replacements on Samsung galaxy note 4 phones. Because of this they said the repair could take a few hours to ensure the work was done properly which was fine with us. We dropped the phone off at 10 AM and it was ready for pick up at 2:30 PM. The work performed on the phone was great and you cannot tell a new piece of glass was installed. Looking back it would've been helpful to have phone warranty and or a glass protector on the phone. But if you don't have either of those and you have a broken glass situation I highly recommend this company. With all do respect I hope to never have to bring my business here again, but if the need arises uBreakiFix will be my first choice.
