I called on Thursday May 4th to make an appointment. Got my appointment for 730 May 5th, I arrive at 0720 for my appointment it is now after 9 and they still haven't looked at my car. A customer showed up after me and complaining of a vibration, they took his car into the shop and removed the wheels, re-balanced them, test drove his car twice all in an hour and half. And all this time not was once my car looked at. When I asked for my keys to leave, they did not apologize or try to make it right. When you promise something keep that promise, first impression last a life time.
