The staff is not friendly at all. But worst of all, the woman doing my pedicure kept digging the metal tool into the side of my toes and I actually yelled "ouch" three times and had to keep asking her to be careful. Then, she took MY nail polish (I brought in my own polish) and put thinner in it. When I told her no, it was too late. How could my polish need to be thinned out when it was brand new? Wouldn't you at least ask someone first if it was ok to do this? Then, when she got to my manicure I switched to a light pink and she made a mess out of that. So, she took it off and put on clear. Yep, I left w three coats of clear polish on my nails. I could have done that myself. I will NEVER step foot in this salon again. Horrible!!!!!!!
