When I called Aardvark I got their voicemail. I didn't leave a message but got a call back very quickly from the owner. He was able to schedule me for the next day. I was told between 1 and 3 pm. The technician, Guy was his name, called me at about 12:30pm to confirm the appointment and said he would be there at 2pm. He showed up right on time. He worked quickly and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. Carpet looks great! He didn't miss anything and he even cleaned the welcome mat at the front door. Great service! The price I was quoted by the owner on the phone was the price I paid when the job was done. Hal the owner called about an hour after the job was done, following up. Will be using them in the future.
