I had called in to set my appointment because I had a coupon. The lady on the phone wasn't too thrilled with me and all of my confusing questions but did what she could to help.
When I got there I was helped immediately. They took my coupon, reviewed it with me, and within minutes had me set up with a shuttle service to take me home.
When I came to pick up my car it was washed and all the paperwork was ready for me. We reviewed all the work that was done for the day and discussed if there were any procedures I needed to prepare for in the future.
I of course had more questions and they were glad to take extra time to answer them. I had a wonderful experience at Cochran Nissan and my Altima is running great since its repairs. I would definitely head back and trust in their mechanics again.
