If you're looking for a new dentist, Dr. Khoury @ Alameda is the best dentist I've ever had. From the moment I called, I received nothing but excellent customer service! The ladies in the front office were able to get me in for an emergency early the next morning. I was able to login to a secure website that evening and give all of my information which saved filling out paperwork the next morning. Dr. Khoury was very caring and knowledgeable. She understood about my TMJ pain. They have all the new innovative equipment. They even took a picture of the tooth and filling that were broken. I thought that was amazing since you can never see what has happened to a tooth, you just have to trust the dentist. She assessed what the problem was, told me what needed to be done and we scheduled for the next morning. I needed a partial crown and they do those now right in their office! No temporary crowns. No going back because the temporary broke to have another one put on. Dr. Khoury made sure I was completely numb before the procedure and made sure to give me plenty of breaks for my TMJ. The process took about 2 hours total, that included the wait time for the crown to be made. The office was very clean and everyone who worked there was in a good mood. If you need a new dentist, this is the place to go and make sure to ask for Dr. Khoury!!!
