I wish I could give them a zero. Tried to cancel my reservation 7 days prior. On the phone with customer service. Literally the hour an a half I waited i missed the deadline by 1 hour. Wouldn't allow me to cancel or give me a voucher. I will never fly this airline again. Buyer be aware that by the time you pay for your luggage, seats, fees, and taxes you are over paying. You are better off getting a cheaper flight with southwest or another competitor. Do the math and take my advice. I was out 300.00 dollars.
