My hot water heater failed due to an electrical issue and Mr. Bill was able to come out literally 20 minutes after I called him! (It's hard enough getting a same day appointment with most companies these days). He was able to fit me in on his way to another service call and provided the diagnosis and repair very promptly, without ANY upselling or BS. The repair cost was very reasonable, less than the diagnostic fee that most professionals would charge. I'll definitely be calling Mr. Bill for all future handyman/plumbing needs for all 5 of my properties. Companies like this are so difficult to find these days.
